The Aluminum/Carbon Fiber/Delrin Flybar system is designed to improve cyclic perfomance and direct replace the stock plastic flybar on the Blade 120 SR helicopter. The Aluminum/Carbon Fiber/Delrin Flybar system is 100% CNC machined from Aircraft Aluminum, Carbon Fiber Rod and Delrin material with the highest possible tolerance to reduce unwanted vibration and TBE issues. More than that, the Aluminum/Carbon Fiber/Delrin Flybar system is designed using Aluminum Center Ball and Delrin Insert to ensure the Flybar system to keep track and correct timming in every revolution of the head system, in order to increase stability in hovering and cyclic response in flights. And yet, Aluminum ball linkages are securely locked onto Aluminum hub.
Light weight and stylish Aluminum/Carbon Fiber/Delrin Flybar system design will brings the best cyclic performance and the best look to the Blade 120 SR helicopter.
